In 2024, Neetu Kaloti, CEO of National Courier Service (NCS), was honored as Business Person of the Year by the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce — a recognition of her outstanding leadership, business growth, and community impact.


Neetu’s journey with NCS began at just 14, learning from her grandfather and developing a deep, hands-on understanding of the business. By 19, she transitioned into full-time management, and in 2007, became CEO. Under her leadership, NCS has achieved 5x revenue growth and 10x employee expansion, solidifying its reputation as one of Vancouver Island’s most trusted courier companies.
